Tools for Managing Stress & Burnout

In this introductory workshop, Jennifer Aberman will help you learn how to manage stress and prevent burnout using evidence-based mindfulness practices. Join us for an hour of practical and accessible exercises, engaging videos, and time afterwards for reflection and discussion.

Our presenter

Jennifer Aberman has been working with the BC Crisis Center since 2017. She facilitates a variety of workshops, including workshops on suicide intervention skills training and tools for managing stress & burnout. As an enthusiastic, lifelong learner of mindfulness she is grateful to be able to translate her learnings into the workshops as time goes on. Jennifer also works as a therapeutic counsellor with To Be Heard Counselling. From a holistic approach, she supports individuals to develop stronger foundations to better approach the challenges and opportunities of life.
