Users track their anxiety daily and work through the tools in the app. This app was released by Anxiety Canada with support from the BC Ministry of Mental Health and Addictions and the BC Ministry of Health.

This game is a fun and educational way for workers to learn real-life skills that can improve their well-being at home and on the job. Create your own character and take them through a day in the life of a care worker. Each scenario is a learning experience with multiple outcomes — How you respond to these situations is up to you.

This app includes guided meditation sessions of various lengths to suit your schedule and sleep stories to help you fall asleep.
