Provincial Leadership Roundtable Opportunity

The Provincial Mobile Response Team is establishing a new virtual monthly meeting beginning Wednesday, September 7.


This meeting will connect managers and leaders in long-term care organizations across British Columbia.


The monthly leadership meetings respond to the many challenges those working in long-term care organizations voiced. Stretched to their limits with staff shortages, fatigue, and meeting the demands of their work are a few of these challenges. Balancing the job’s demands and maintaining wellness for self and the team has been tricky.


The Mobile Response Team’s focus is to support overall well-being through enhancing internal capacity and resiliency, supporting the empowerment of workers to help themselves and each other through the continued development of skills, knowledge, and team practices.


Who: Managers, clinical coordinators, clinical nurse leads, directors of care, team leads and other leadership positions.


Where: Zoom (virtual)


When: First Wednesday of the month | 1-2 p.m. | Join the call when it fits within your schedule


Why: Discuss challenges and successes you are experiencing while offering you the opportunity to get to know other leaders from around the province—not only to realize you are not alone but also to be able to connect with them from time to time.
