Managers Supporting LTC Workers' Psychological Wellbeing During COVID-19
The COVID-19 pandemic has put incredible strain on long-term care workers’ psychological wellbeing – so what can managers do to support their staff? This session, led by the PHSA Mobile Response Team, will provide long-term care managers and supervisors with practical tips on:
- Promoting positive coping strategies among long-term care workers
- Understanding the basics of wellness and self-care
- How the Mobile Response Team can support your staff members’ psychological health and safety, including its free, 24/7 crisis support services
At the same time, the Mobile Response Team wants to hear from you. We want to know how we can make our psychological health and safety supports even more applicable for long-term care organizations.
Bring your ideas – and your challenges – to this interactive event.
