Enhancing Psychological Health, Wellness & Resilience in the Era of COVID-19
Our world is faced with an unprecedented pandemic. Most of us understand the preventative benefits of physical distancing, handwashing and hygiene to fend off illness. However, how many of us are aware of how to enhance our emotional resilience to fend off the negative impacts of stress? The science tells us that intentionally working to enhance our emotional and psychological resilience enhances our immune function, and helps us bounce-back from life’s inevitable stressors and demands in a more effective way. In this session, attendees will gain useful evidence-based skills and strategies for enhancing their overall psychological health, wellness and resilience – at home, and at work – in the modern-day context of COVID-19.
