When I was younger (loooooooong time ago), I was very dismissive of mediation practices, seeing no value within them to my life. But as a therapist, I began to notice in the research, the emergence of mindfulness as a robust model in clinical practice. Indeed, mindfulness therapies are now considered among the most effective therapeutic treatments for conditions like depression and anxiety. I look forward to introducing participants to this powerful perspective and technique.
