The Reimagining LTC webinar series brings people together so they can share with and learn from others facing similar challenges and opportunities in long-term care.

Join us on February 16 to learn about innovative and promising models of care to support long-term care home residents during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. The Knowledge Translation Program of St. Michael’s Hospital and Unity Health will present promising models of care identified in an upcoming report, as well as barriers and facilitators to implementing these interventions.
