Mindfulness
We know that these are challenging times. We’re witness to the struggles of remote and front-line work, presenteeism, work-life harmony, and other stressors. Mindfulness-based therapy has been shown to be an effective treatment for anxiety and depression. By non-judgmentally accepting thoughts about the past and future, you will minimize the impact that they have on the present moment.
And so, the focus of this workshop is to help participants develop mindful strategies to remain present and engaged with the world around them. The topics discussed include:
- The foundations of mindfulness
- Quiet mindfulness
- Active mindfulness
- Maintaining mindfulness at work
