Understanding and improving our well-being during COVID-19
COVID-19 has been difficult for everyone, and perhaps for care workers most of all – physically, emotionally, and mentally.
In this workshop, care givers will have a safe space to discuss how COVID-19 has impacted their well-being, how their well-being needs may have changed, and how to move forward with more relevant, effective well-being practices.
At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Better define well-being for themselves.
- Better understand how their well-being needs have changed from the beginning of the pandemic to now.
- Learn how to move forward with a new well-being plan that addresses their current needs.
We know these conversations can result in some difficult thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Following the webinar, the PHSA’s Mobile Response Team will be available to offer you free, confidential support.
